I couldn’t resist…

I framed two of the wallpaper samples and stuck them in the kitchen. They are too pretty to just leave in an envelope! This also answers the question of what to put in the 10-cent frames I got at a flea market last month.

Val, it’s a Lexon Dolmen Mini, which, despite having won numerous design awards and appearing in every design and home magazine published in 2004, SUCKS. It’s cute, but the sound quality and reception is atrocious. I really just have at as a little sculpture at this point! I think I should put my Starck Juicy Salif (scroll down) next to it and start a little museum of useless design objects. 🙂

Hi, Anna! I love the wallpaper samples too.

Here’s a link that might help with the curtain dilemma (not my site): http://enseignedegersaint.typepad.fr/provence/2007/11/la-petite-stude.html

Sorry, I don’t know how to create a link for you, you’ll have to copy and paste.
