    This is some nice lookin’ stripein’! I like how it all just rolls down the staircase from b&w to colorful stripes. More chairs the merrier. Wee!

    I love that rug in your house. I, too, have too many chairs in my house, but at least you seem to have the space for them. I have loved seeing all of the chairs that you own.

    Janelle, yes, it’s two UNNI rugs end-to-end. Right now they are just staying in place on a rug pad, but I might wind up whip-stitching them together if the edges where they meet start to curl up over time.

    i love the way the rug(s) looks! it is so nice to see a splash of color like that in the winter months when it starts to feel like spring won’t ever come. it cheers you up!

    I know about the chair-thing… I use to call it my ‘chair fetish’, I have them all over the house and still have zillions of nice chairs on my wishlist, though no space (they already can be found in each spare corner of my home). There are so many beautiful ones that it’s hard you can only use so little of them.
    I even had a photoshoot for a dutch women’s magazine lately, featuring me and my chairs, in the feature ‘me and my tic’…
