I have just learned of your blog and while my job is a bore, it gives me the opportunity to search out ideas for my current reno. I was just reading this entry and clicked on the link to Nicole's house only to discover that she is my neighbor. I live about a block south of this building a drive and try to peek in the windows and side door to see what they have done. West Asheville is the best! So many interesting people and homes and even better... lots of artsy do-it-yourselfers. Love the blog! Holy crap. It looked instantly familiar and I realized its a building here in Asheville where we live! We have long admired this particular building when we lived on that side of town and hoped someone would rescue and turn it into a restaurant/studio/fabulous dance hall. I personally like Almay's eye makeup remover used with a cotton square.
