Just beautiful . . .

What are the paint colors (and brand) you used for the wainscot and the walls? Again, just beautiful.

Also, I'm thinking your marble tile floor is polished, not honed, right?

Thanks! Be so proud!

You are so kind to answer so fast! thanks and I apologize if I missed your previous answer to this. Is the floor honed or polished. my sample from the LA tile store I have is honed but yours looks to have a polish. I had been collecting every assortment of rectified hex ceramic to try and fix our 1907 bath, but When I saw the marble floor and wainscotting it was like "bingo". I am lucky that so many clever people have gone before me and my sincere thanks to you and your doorsixteen friends!

Cris, the wainscot is made of tongue-and-groove pine flooring. It's sold in 8' lengths, so we just cut each plank in half to make up the 4' height. Pine flooring is very affordable (we paid about $1 sf) and much thicker than most beadboard (5/8" vs 3/8").

Your bathroom is lovely
Do you mind telling me more about your paneling. It is so simple and an excellent fit/contast to the marble floor
Thanks again

Even without a bath and all that stuff, it looked great, fresh & clean! Such an improvement already, and the finished version of it is even better ;-)
