You have good eyes. :) There's absolutely nothing wrong with the gray one (it's wonderful, in fact), but we recently had a couple of chairs in the living room reupholstered in a gray-brown wool fabric, and the room really needed some brightening for summertime as a result. The white covers are only $60, so it's almost like getting a new sofa for the summer for free. :) I'm sure the gray cover will make a reappearance at some point, since I'm hoping to get a second set of covers for the chairs done in a cream color before winter.
