LOVE your style! I’m thinking of painting some IKEA laminate/veneer pieces white too (2 dressers and 2 nightstands). They’re originally a light oak veneer and it’s just looking dated now. Can I ask you what brand primer did you use for the bed? Thank you!!!

Heather, this is a hardwired ceiling lamp (KULLA from IKEA). There's no cord. Perhaps you have a different lamp?

I’m so sorry if this question has already come up, I just couldn’t read all the many comments to this lovely room. The hanging light fixture in the room, I have the same one for my dining room but we had no idea what to do with the extttttra long cord that hangs, so lackluster. What was your solution?

Thanks for sharing your beautiful room … I love your style of contrasts. I’m a bit frazzled in choosing paint and would like your input. The main area (living/dining rm) is big and box-like with no architectural details and little natural light, so I’m leaning towards a neutral tan. Is the pale lacey pearl too far off for three adjoining rooms?

Thanks for re-posting about the Ikea PS collection. When you posted about it in January I was looking forward to seeing it in US stores. I was most interested in the Sticka blanket (the one you have) and a chest of drawers on legs (If it comes in black).
