If you look closely, you can see the thick power cord of a surge protector running across the threshold on the left side of the door jamb. There's juuuuuust enough space for the door to close over it! Once inside the closet, the cord runs up left wall, across the underside of the "desk", and is then hanging out of sight in a cable organizer (link & description in post). No visible cords, and the computer, lamp and modem are all plugged into it with a couple of outlets to spare. :) @hannah: Yup!
