Beaker, It Was Really Nothing.

Um, this is SO made for me that I can’t possibly even describe with real words how completely and totally happy I am that it actually exists.

Drove through Newburg yesterday on my way home and thought of you!

    • Anna @ D16 August 25, 2011 at 9:27 am

      City or Town, Tamisha?

    • Tamisha August 25, 2011 at 12:06 pm

Um….not sure. I was on my way from Mass to VA going I-84 and I-81 and saw Newburgh about an hour from NYC. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that it was your Newburgh.

I have been a long-time fan of your blog, but never felt required to comment until now. I just wanted to say that this video absolutely made my day GREAT! and it’s only eight o’clock! Thank you for sharing!

…and then there are OTHERS covering Muppet tunes.
have you read or heard on NPR- about the “Green Album?”
…’Muppets: The Green Album, a new collection of Muppet songs covered lovingly by Andrew Bird, My Morning Jacket and other artists…’
    http://www.npr.org/2011/08/14/138984517/first-listen-muppets-the-green-album

‘Andrew Bird’s whistling and string arrangements reach well into the heart of “Bein’ Green.”‘
    I love this..

    • Anna @ D16 August 25, 2011 at 12:12 pm

I think for me it’s only fun the other way around. 🙂

  • Reply Bridget August 26, 2011 at 7:14 am

Have you seen the video with Ok Go? Awesome.

    • Anna @ D16 August 26, 2011 at 7:35 am

I think I only like it when it’s the other way around—I don’t want to hear anyone but Muppets singing Muppet songs!

  • Reply Bridget August 26, 2011 at 10:06 am

    Fair enough. 🙂

Although I do have to say, my favorite Muppets movie is probably the Christmas special with Muppets, Fraggles AND Sesame Street monsters. We have a videotape version that we watch every year (video tape. land sakes).
